Account & Data Deletion

To request deletion of your ClearPath account and all associated data, send an email to clearpath.concierge@gmail.com with the subject line ClearPath account deletion from the email address you used to sign in.

What gets deleted

• Your authentication record (email, name, profile photo)
• All goals, areas, tasks, and task history you've created
• Voice notes and any uploaded media
• Schedule, focus session, and streak history
• People and delegation records you've added

Retention

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Anonymized server logs used for debugging may be retained for up to 90 days before automatic expiry; these contain no personally identifiable information.

What is not deleted

Tasks or notes you've shared with another ClearPath user remain visible to that user in their own account, since the data also belongs to them. Their copy is governed by their own deletion request.

If you don't receive an acknowledgement within 7 days, please resend your request.
